Virginia Veterans Services Foundation
The Virginia Veterans Services Foundation is an independent state agency that supports veterans and their families through the Virginia Department of Veterans Services’ (DVS) programs and services set forth in “How We Serve.” The Foundation accepts donations to support critical programs and services for Virginia’s veterans and their families that are not covered by state or federal funds.
It is estimated that approximately 781,000 veterans call Virginia home, according to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. They’ve served in every conflict since World War II, represent all branches of the military, and come from all walks of life.
Government resources alone cannot fully meet the needs of Virginia’s veterans. That’s why your support is so important. Your contribution will lend a helping hand to veterans in need and honor all veterans for their service and sacrifice.
